In my quest to create yet another yummy cookie, I thought, “What is a classic flavor combination both children and adults love”? What else but Peanut Butter and Jelly. With the help of a secret ingredient, my Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies were born.
The secret ingredient that gives these cookies a true strawberry taste are these wonderful Jammy Bits that I ordered from the King Arthur Flour Company. Combined with the creamy peanut butter batter and the crunch of added chopped peanuts, these Strawberry Jammy Bits give this cookie the right balance of “Peanut Butter and Jelly” for a cookie you are about to call your new favorite.
