Ingredients

lean ground beef

ground veal or pork

cup
plain bread crumbs

cup
milk

onion, diced

eggs

tbsp
dried parsley

large cloves garlic, minced

teaspoons
salt

teaspoons
ground black pepper
½
teaspoon
red pepper flakes (optional)

teaspoon
dried Italian herbs

cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cover a small baking sheet or baking dish with foil. Brush with olive oil
Mix remaining ingredients together in a large bowl
Using a medium size stainless steel scoop, portion out meatballs one at a time. Form into balls and place on prepared baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes
To get crispy "fried look" to the meatballs, place under broiler for 6 minutes, turning once after 3 minutes
Use meatballs in your favorite recipe or when cooled, place in freezer bag or freezer safe container and freeze for up to 3 months
